John Allen
John Allen, Chairman of East Midlands Cyclists' Touring Club, past President of Leicestershire and Rutland Cyclists' Touring Club
and a former Councillor of the Cyclists' Touring Club died on Sunday, 2nd June 2019.

You can read some of John's own recollections of his involvement
with the Cyclists' Touring Club here.

John also provided us with his recollections of touring in the 1950s
in his "Whitwick Wheels to Wainwright's Walks".

Keith Lakin

Keith Lakin sadly died from a stroke on 28th January 2019. Keith was a stalwart of the club. Read about Keith's early involvement with the Club in "A Century and more of Cycling".
